Good relationships are essential in the workplace that a direct effect on the functioning of an organization. So how do you want to establish and, effective relationships at work to promote the performance and productivity?

Choice Theory by William Glasser, MD developed., An American psychologist, provides an explanation of the reasons why we all through our five basic needs that we try, they are motivated to satisfy. These are: survival, love and belonging, power, freedom and joy.
What is the five conditions are met you or your employees?
Survival: Workers must feel safe at work. This means that their emotional needs and physical security. How is this need to be achieved?
Love and belonging: The staff must feel, are connected together, the management and the vision of the organization. How is this need to be achieved?
Food: The employees should be consulted by their views and have complied with their work feel empowered. How is this need to be achieved?
Freedom: Employees must take the opportunity to have choices and exercise some independence in their roles. How is this need to be achieved?
Fun: Workers must have the experience, fun and learning at the workplace. How is this need to be achieved?
Glasser is also proposing that we all act according to our world quality. may be this is our idea of how the interior has created, we would be the things. From birth and throughout our lives, we are the people who are important to us and our systems of belief in the quality of our world. Our worldwide quality helps to promote our behavior. We all need positive, supportive people in our world of quality.
People who know the theory of choice to seek, in other worlds “to obtain quality upright.
What can you do to ensure that you are in the worlds of your colleagues in the quality?
Glasser any major issue is a step in that direction: “Do as I say and I approach people with whom I work or I move away?”
The work on the basis of these principles theory of choice for an environment in which workers develop a greater sense of satisfaction, performance and service in the form of their lives to create. Then use organizations improve performance and productivity.
